Long-term rental 35sqm (one-room apartment). I am renting out my apartment from November 7th at Handelsmyntet near Axel Dahlström's square, which is newly constructed. One minute to the tram (10 minutes to downtown) and the same distance to the nearest Ica/ gym/ pharmacy/ Thai restaurant. As I am currently living in Stockholm and have no plans to move back within the next 2 years, I am renting out my apartment long-term (contract written yearly). The apartment is rented out "partially furnished," remaining items will include (the wardrobe in the hall, curtains, chest of drawers and lighting, dining table and chairs, TV stand and TV). Large laundry room with 2 machines + dryer and laundry cabinet available in the same building.
