Furnished 2-room apartment with a glazed balcony, nice view and pets allowed 🏡🐾 Access: November 20 or December 1, 2026. I am renting out my fully furnished two-room apartment as I am studying and at the same time trying living with my boyfriend. I am also considering selling the apartment in the future, so there may be an opportunity to buy and take over it later. 🏠 About the apartment The apartment is located high up on the 7th floor and has a modern, open floor plan, large windows with nice lighting and a lovely view. There is also a glazed balcony with an infrared heater, perfect for enjoying the balcony even when it's a bit cooler outside. The building has two elevators, one smaller and one larger. 💰 Included in the rent: Heating Water Internet/broadband Basic TV channels Additional: Household electricity is paid by the tenant. As an estimate, my electricity cost has been around 500–800 SEK per month, depending on the season. Of course, the actual cost can vary depending on consumption and electricity price. 🛋️ Furniture and equipment included The apartment is rented out furnished and has most of what you need to move in directly! Bedroom: Two beds, 90 cm each, which can be put together as a double bed or used separately. New mattress toppers purchased in autumn 2026. Large built-in sliding door wardrobe with wire baskets and shelves with storage baskets. Living room: Sofa bed with storage space, practical if you have guests. Thicker mattress cover for the sofa if you want to sleep there TV (there is a small scratch on the screen). Small round coffee table. Rugs. If you prefer to have your own TV, I can take down the existing one. Kitchen and dining area: Dining table with seating for four people, or up to six if the ends are used. Kitchenware and other practical kitchen items. Washing machine and dryer. Vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies. Ironing board and other practical items that can be good to have. Storage and hall: Two drawer units. Shoe rack and hall shelf with storage. Plenty of built-in storage in the apartment. Balcony: Balcony furniture with table and chairs. Glazing and infrared heater. There is plenty of space in the cabinets for your own things. I am flexible and can, of course, move some items to the basement if you need more space. The furniture needs to stay since there is no room to store them in the basement. Feel free to see the pictures for a better idea of what is available! 🐶🐱 Pets are welcome! Pets are allowed. For you with a cat, there is a protective net installed outside the balcony glass, so you can more safely have a small opening for ventilation. I can also provide a large scratching tree/cat tree if you wish. 🌿 About the area: The area is nice and has a good mix of families with children, pensioners, and young people.
