Hello! Looking for a new tenant/tenants for my 40 sqm apartment near Frölunda Torg. The address is Munspelsgatan 28. Close to the shopping center with a 7-10 minute walk, as well as the travel center where both buses and trams travel with good connections to the entire city. The apartment is a 2-room on the 5th floor with a glazed balcony. Renting it out furnished EXCEPT for the balcony, which is empty (pictures are from previous tenants' balcony furniture). Exactly what furniture is included in the rental can be discussed more clearly. Dishwasher and washer/dryer are included in the apartment. There is a storage room for more storage in the basement in the adjacent entrance. There is also a small gym in the building for residents only, a sauna that can be booked, as well as a room that can be booked for family/friends. Broadband, Wi-Fi, hot water, and electricity are included in the rent. The rent is 10,500 SEK. I take a one-month deposit upon the first payment, which is returned at the end of the rental period if no damage has occurred. I am looking for a responsible person/people who have their finances in order and preferably pet-free. Renting is possible immediately and starts with a 1-year contract.
