Cozy 1 bedroom in a great location! Same street as Lund's most popular bakery, restaurants, and shops. Close to the cathedral and several grocery stores. The apartment is 39 sqm with a landing similar to a balcony outside the door, as well as a larger patio. There is a washing machine in the bathroom but also a shared laundry room with 2 washing machines, a dryer, and a drying cabinet. A double bed in the bedroom and a large sofa bed provide sleeping space for 4 adults. The sofa can also be folded in (I have it unfolded in the pictures) if you want more space on the floor. The apartment is available throughout December and a few days before and after.
