Description: Rent out a cozy and well-planned room of 12 sqm in a large, bright, and very fresh three-room apartment of 79 sqm on Ervallakroken. The apartment has recently been refreshed with nice new floors and newly painted/wallpapered walls in all rooms. You have full access to the entire apartment (except my own bedroom). You will share the accommodation with me and my super cozy cat, so you must of course like animals and not be allergic! What is included in the accommodation and the rent? * Your room: Furnished with a bed with storage and spacious wardrobes. * Common areas: Large, bright living room with cozy sofa and TV, fully equipped kitchen with good kitchen furniture as well as bathroom and hall/walk-in closet. * The apartment is equipped with both dishwasher, washing machine, and bathtub that you have free access to. * Everything is included in the rent: Household electricity, broadband, and home insurance (but you need to insure your own items) are included in the fixed monthly fee. No hidden costs! Since the current tenant hasn't moved out yet, there is more furniture in the pictures. You can personalize the room when you move in. Area and transport: The apartment is located on nice Ervallakroken in Rågsved (Bandhagen). It is very close to the subway (green line) and local buses that quickly take you into Stockholm city center. In the surrounding area, there are grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, and pleasant green areas. Who am I looking for? I am looking for a well-behaved and responsible lodger (student or working professional) – and who of course appreciates a bit of cat company in everyday life.
