Welcome to a fully furnished archipelago house in Brevik, Tyresö, surrounded by nature and with the sea just a few minutes' walk away. Here you live peacefully close to nature with proximity to Stockholm. The house is approximately 70 m² and has a bright and open floor plan with large windows facing nature. The living room has a sofa group, dining area, and fireplace, as well as direct access to a large terrace and garden. There are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a smaller guest house on the property with additional sleeping places included, which can be used for temporary overnight guests. The residence is rented out to a maximum of four permanent residents. The kitchen is fully equipped with, among other things, an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and freezer, and dishwasher. The house also has a washing machine, fast fiber internet, and the possibility for home work. The property has a large natural plot with plenty of space and private parking for several cars. A short walk through the forest leads down to our private jetty with a swim ladder and views of the archipelago. The house is rented out fully furnished from mid-October 2026 until the end of February 2027, with the possibility to extend until the end of March by agreement. The house is normally rented out for shorter stays during the summer months and is now offered for a longer continuous rental during the winter. The rent is 18,500 SEK per month. Internet, water, garbage collection, and other normal fixed costs are included. Electricity is paid separately according to actual consumption. A car is recommended for a convenient daily life. The nearest bus stop is about 2 km from the house, and from there public transport is available towards Stockholm. We are looking for responsible tenants who appreciate a quiet residence close to nature and the sea. Smoking is not allowed, and the residence is not intended for parties or large gatherings.
