Welcome to rent our little idyll. A lovely garden with opportunities for play, cultivation, and delightful hangouts. It has 4 rooms and a kitchen, 1 bathroom with a washing machine and dryer, and 1 toilet, and at least 2 of the rooms work well as bedrooms. There is a tiled stove that can be cleaned and inspected before moving in. As mentioned, you have access to a washing machine, dryer, and dishwasher. Oven, stove, and combined fridge/freezer are available on the property. Fiber is installed and available. There is a basement, garage, and a small outbuilding. The plot is about 900 sqm and we would like the tenant to be responsible for mowing the lawn and other maintenance. Heating with geothermal energy. You are responsible for home insurance, electricity and heating, internet, water, and waste disposal. Close to Ica Birgersson and bus stop (about a 7-minute walk). There are swimming baths, schools, and preschools nearby. We are renting out this accommodation because we are trying to sell it. Unfortunately, the market is stagnant at the moment, so we want to try renting out in the meantime. It is good to know that we prioritize the sale and will need to have viewings from time to time (by agreement). We can, if desired, come and fix the outdoors before a viewing, you do not need to be responsible for that. The same applies to the inside if desired.
