The apartment has an open layout in the living/dining/kitchen area, a large bedroom with a sliding door wardrobe and some "office space", entrance with a sliding door wardrobe and a small guest wardrobe, large bathroom (there is no grate for the shower drain), as well as a small storage room. Parking space in a locked garage! The enclosed balcony of about 7 m2 is the icing on the cake, functioning as an extra small living room. There is a short walking distance to the bus and shops, but from the apartment, you don't hear much other than the ice cream truck... NOTICE: The elevators are to be upgraded this winter, so there may be days without elevator service during this period. The neighborhood consists of everything one could wish for in a small city; cozy pubs, gastropubs, restaurants and cafes, concerts, workshops, galleries and exhibitions, parks, lawns, garden colonies, and last but not least; the smell of wet asphalt...
