The reason I am only looking for a female lodger is that I am an LGBTQ person and have recently come out as a transgender woman. I am just at the beginning of my transition (meaning that I am in the first stage of the investigation at Anova) and feel most comfortable sharing my home with a woman. It is furnished, but if you wish to bring your own bed it is of course completely fine. The rent (6500kr) includes everything you need for a comfortable and convenient stay: TV fee, internet, two electricity bills, two home insurances, 15% surcharge for a furnished room/apartment, and access to TV channels and certain streaming services. The room you rent is also the largest in the entire apartment. We share a bathroom, kitchen, and hall — and you live close to everything: nightlife, water, Tantolunden, hospitals, health centers, and much more. Perfect for you who want both pulse and nature around the corner. My apartment faces an inner courtyard so you are not disturbed by life outside.
