I am renting out my room in a modern and central apartment right above behind Bryggen. I will be on exchange from January to March, so I am renting out my room for these three months. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, and consists of 3 bedrooms with shared bathroom and kitchen/living room. There will be two others, possibly only one, living in the apartment during this period. The apartment is modern and has a shared laundry room with another apartment, as well as a shared common hallway with the same apartments. This is a building consisting of 2 apartments on each floor, where there is a locked door into the common hallway and laundry room before you enter the apartment. It takes 5 minutes to walk down to the wharf and there are bus stops for both the 10 bus 2 min walk and the 18 bus also 2/3 minutes walking distance. There are two Bunnpris Sunday shops nearby. Also Kiwi, Meny and Coop extra very close. Electricity is not included in the rent, but the electricity usually costs around 500 NOK per month from January to March, depending entirely on how sparing you are in the apartment. There is no internet but it can be set up if desired. I rent out my room furnished, with bed, desk, closet and chest of drawers. The bed will not have a top mattress as I am taking that with me. The common area will have a sofa and rug, but when it comes to the dining table, dining chairs and microwave, I am somewhat unsure if this will be left.
