Fresh apartment in Hallunda with an enclosed balcony Now I am renting out my fresh and well-maintained apartment in Hallunda electricity, internet, and parking space, furniture included The apartment has an open floor plan where the kitchen and living room are together, as well as a separate bedroom. There is also an enclosed balcony that provides extra space to relax. The kitchen was renovated about a year ago, and the bathroom underwent a pipe replacement approximately two years ago. Therefore, the apartment is fresh and has a modern kitchen. The apartment is rented out partially furnished. Sofa, bed, dresser, rugs, and dining table with chairs will remain. The current bed, sofa, and coffee table in the pictures will be replaced with other furniture before moving in. Cutlery, plates, glasses, and other kitchen items are not included. The tumble dryer will be removed. However, the washing machine can be left if the tenant wishes. There is also a communal laundry room that can be booked. A sauna is also available, which can be booked for 50 SEK per occasion. The cost is added to the rent for the months the sauna is used. If you wish for an unfurnished apartment, then the furniture and also the washing machine will be removed. This is possible if you wish it. The apartment is located about a four-minute walk from Hallunda center, where there are grocery stores, metro, and bus connections. From Hallunda, it takes about 25 minutes to T-Centralen, making commuting to central Stockholm convenient. I am renting out the apartment because I am moving to Uppsala with my partner to work there. I am looking for a responsible and well-behaved tenant who takes care of the apartment with care and respects the residence. It's important to me that the apartment is kept in good condition throughout the rental period. Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment. Feel free to get in touch if interested!
