In the living room, there is a comfortable 140 cm DUX bed with a new mattress topper, a sofa with new upholstery, a TV, a pouf, and a String shelving system with plenty of storage space. There is also a practical work corner with a desk and String shelves, making it easy to work or study from home. The bathroom is equipped with both a shower and a bathtub. In addition, there is a spacious walk-in closet that provides generous storage. One of the apartment's major advantages is the spacious balcony facing the forest – a quiet place where you can enjoy your morning coffee or relax after a long day. I am looking for a responsible tenant who will enjoy and take good care of my home while I am studying at the university in Umeå. Please note that my tenant needs to be approved by the housing association.
