Half of a semi-detached house is available for rent from mid-November to May 1, 2027. A shorter rental period can be discussed. The house is located by the idyllic Nøtholmen outside Strömstad. There are great hiking opportunities in the surrounding area and walking distance to both Strömstad golf, Strömstad spa & resort and of course Strömstad. The house is over three floors with an entrance, a small bathroom, kitchen and living room with dining area on the first floor. Bathroom with shower and washing machine, 2 bedrooms with space for 8 people on the second floor. The 3rd floor has a sofa bed and a cozy corner with a great view out to the Koster Islands. All rooms have been regularly maintained in light, fine colors. On the first floor, there is an exit to the terrace, the second floor has bedrooms with exits to their own balconies, one of which has a sea view. The whole house is of good standard. Parking (one car), internet, and heating are included in the rent. Strömstad is within walking distance (about 20 min) where there are plenty of shops and restaurants.
