A gem in the heart of Norra Ängby, with the castle as the closest neighbor and proximity to both the 4H farm, Ängby Torg with shops, etc., close to both Kyrksjön and Ängbybadet, and with a beautiful surroundings, our villa is a very nice residence and a very pleasant home to rent. The villa is completely renovated in 2015 and has everything one could wish for. There are 3 bedrooms on the second floor and a small hallway/work area. An entrance hall, large kitchen and living room on the ground floor, and 1 large bedroom/youth room with a large hallway and its own entrance and large bathroom on the lower floor. There is also a storage room, a beautiful terrace, and a patio in the garden and a large parking area. There is bicycle storage next to the parking lot and storage space for strollers. You can also park on the street or in front of the castle. In the garden there are many beautiful flowers and bushes as well as apple trees. It is an idyll and Norra Ängby is a fantastic area to live in. In the area there are many shops and restaurants as well as schools and preschools. Close to the subway, only 5 minutes walk to Islandstorget or Ängbyplan and about 15 minutes by subway to Fridhemsplan and about 25 minutes to T-Centralen. The rent includes all appliances and everything that is fixed in the villa. Garden tools such as lawnmowers, etc., are included in the rent. Furniture is not included. We also have a heat exchanger that can be used if desired, a subscription is not included. Electricity/water/garbage collection/Internet are not included. Our family lives abroad and therefore wants to rent out our home. We are keen for it to be a responsible couple or a nice family who can take care of a home.
