Welcome to our apartments on Enbärsvägen 9 and 11 in Kungsängen. Here, we offer well-planned apartments in a pleasant and quiet area close to Lillsjön, green areas, and childcare. A grocery store is within walking distance and the Brunna park shopping center is 1.5 km away. The bus stops near the houses. The houses on Enbärsvägen offer access to a basement storage room (in the same house or in the neighboring house), a laundry room, a bicycle room, and a stroller room. Outside, there are bicycle racks, grassy areas, and a boules court. Adjacent to the buildings are parking spaces available under a separate agreement. The cost is currently 400 SEK/month. The apartments have oak parquet floors and white-painted walls. White kitchen cabinets and white tiles above the work surfaces in the kitchen. The kitchen also has a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, and dishwasher. The bathroom is fully tiled and prepared for a washing machine. Large windows let in plenty of daylight to the rooms, and the balcony is spacious. Some apartments have a glazed balcony, which incurs an additional monthly fee. Hot water billing is added according to consumption, as well as Telia fiber broadband/telephone base package, which is added to the rent invoice with 250 SEK/month. Tenants arrange their own electricity contract. Please note that the pictures in the advertisement are example images and deviations may occur. A physical viewing will not be offered. We will send a film/pictures to applicants with the longest waiting time for the apartment. If the move-in day falls on a holiday, it will take place the first weekday after.
