Welcome to our home in cozy Kungsladugård, known for its beautiful, colorful houses, right next to the lovely Slottsskogen! We are renting out our bright and spacious three-room apartment – perfect for those of you who are between homes for a few months. NOTE - Move out by March 21, 2027. Rented short term due to travel. The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a desk and screen for office work. A large living room with a single bed if there are many of you. The kitchen is fully equipped - dishwasher, oven, induction stove, and plenty of space to cook together. Since we have small children ourselves, there are plenty of toys and child-friendly areas. Slottsskogen is just a stone's throw away, perfect for walks, picnics, or visits to the playgrounds and zoo. 'Plaskis' a few hundred meters away is also a real summer favorite for the little ones. The area is quiet and pleasant, close to cafes, shops, and public transport. You can quickly get to central Gothenburg by tram while still having nature around the corner. The laundry room (booking required) is in the basement with 2 washing machines, 2 dryers, and a drying room. 1 Free parking on the driveway.
