Bright, spacious and fully furnished villa for rent during the period January 4–March 2, 2027. We are primarily looking for a family or other responsible tenant who wants to rent the house for the entire period and have it as their temporary home while we are away. The villa is located in a quiet and beautiful area close to Lake Vänern, beaches, scenic walking trails, and playground. There is plenty of space for the family, both for everyday life and relaxation. The house consists of two floors plus a basement and has a total of four bedrooms. There are 6 beds including one double bed as well as single beds and pull-out extra beds. Additional sleeping arrangements may be arranged upon agreement. In the living room there is a large sofa and fireplace, perfect for winter evenings. The house also has a heated outdoor hot tub, sauna, and gym. There is space for three vehicles outdoors in the driveway. Since this is our permanent home, we are looking for a tenant who wants to take care of the house as their own while we are away. This includes regular care of the home, such as watering plants, shoveling the entrance and path when needed, and keeping an eye on the house and notifying us if something should happen. Included in the rent Wifi, water, and normal electricity consumption are included in the rent. Electricity consumption up to a total of 5000 kWh during the rental period is included. Any consumption beyond that is charged afterward based on actual cost per kWh. Rental period January 4–March 2, 2027 We prioritize a tenant who wishes to rent the house for the entire period.
