Hello! Is anyone interested in renting my and my fiancé's cozy studio apartment in Dammsvedjan? We are now living in Skåne due to a new job, and the apartment has been for sale for quite some time now, but considering how the market looks at the moment, it's not going very well. Therefore, we are now moving to plan B; to rent out the apartment until the market hopefully turns around, somewhat at least. We rent out for six months at a time with a good possibility for extension. The reason for this arrangement is that the association must approve the sub-tenant and the rental, and this can only be done six months at a time :) The apartment is rented out furnished. It is a super cozy, fresh, and bright apartment with fine details and choice of materials. Spacious hallway, smaller bathroom, and then a large room that includes both a kitchen and living room area and a sleeping alcove. A large enclosed balcony was added a few years ago, which makes the apartment feel significantly larger than it is. The sun shines from about 1:00 PM until sunset during the summer months. There is a washing machine and dryer in the bathroom. We are looking for a person (or a couple) with a steady economy (students with CSN are fine) and who can take care of the apartment in a responsible way. Broadband, water, and electricity will be included in the rent.
