I will visit my boyfriend on the other side of the world over Christmas and New Year, and therefore I want to rent out my home for that month. Maybe this suits someone who wants to be closer to the big-city family during Christmas, or who wants to have an alternative Christmas celebration in an old villa in Nordstrand. The apartment is beautifully furnished and has everything included in the stay. The apartment was completely renovated in 2020 and is both cozy, functional, and stylish. One bedroom with a double bed, separate kitchen with a sofa/TV corner where the sofa can also be slept on. Spacious living room with stove, piano, and large dining table that can be extended. Laundry room on the same floor (2nd), with clotheslines in the attic. My sister lives in the apartment next door and my cousin on the floor above, so if questions arise during the stay, it's easy to ask them too.
