We are renting out our charming and tastefully renovated family house in Tallkrogen, Enskede, for approximately two months between January and March 2027. The house is a classic home from the 1940s with much character and a warm, homely feeling. The residence is about 85 sqm with an additional 45 sqm furnished basement and offers plenty of space for a family. The house has four bedrooms, two of which have double beds. It is rented fully furnished and equipped and is our usual family home, so everything needed for comfortable living over a more extended period is available. The residence maintains a fine and tasteful standard with thoughtful interiors and a layout that suits family life well. The house comes with its own garden and a plot of just under 600 sqm. The location combines a quiet and pleasant residential area with very good communication links. It is only about a three-minute walk to Gubbängen's subway, making it easy to reach central Stockholm. From the door to central Södermalm takes about 12 minutes by subway! We are renting out the house because we will be away during the period. We are primarily looking for a well-behaved family or a couple who want to rent for the whole or most of the period. Electricity costs are additional. The tenant must pay for the electricity consumed.
