Linnéplatsen, Göteborg

Hello! I am renting out the bedroom in my apartment. The room is approximately 12m^2 and has three built-in closets. The apartment is a two-room with 3 separate rooms (+ bathroom, of course): bedroom, kitchen, and living room. The total area of the apartment is 61 m^2 and it is shared with me, a 33-year-old girl. I live in the living room, but you are welcome to hang out there too. The apartment is located in Linné, so it is close to most things, including Chalmers and GU, Slottskogen, and Änggårdsbergen. I'm looking for a girl who is a non-smoker. It is important for me that we click as well, since we will be sharing accommodation. I have been renting out the room for several years and am enjoying it. Rent is 4200kr/month, including internet. I have a 90-bed that I can lend if you're interested. Otherwise, the room is unfurnished.
