It is about a 10-15 minute walk to Norrviken's commuter train station. From there, the train takes roughly 25 minutes to Stockholm City, with smooth connections northward to, among others, Arlanda and Uppsala. Good to know The rental unit is adjacent to our home. Therefore, we are looking for someone who appreciates a quiet living with a respectful relationship between tenant and landlord. The wall between the residential unit and the rest of the house is a standard interior wall, which means that normal consideration of noise level is needed from both sides. The residence's windows also face our patio, which is used mainly during spring and summer. The house's fuse box is located in the rental unit. If we ever need to access it, it will of course be done after contacting you. We are looking for someone who is calm, orderly, and non-smoking and who has a stable economy through, for example, work or CSN. Pets are not allowed. Interested?
