Rental of a residence in a fantastic idyll. The residence is primarily rented to students from December 1, 2026, or from January 1, 2027. It includes a very large and spacious furnished room (90 sqm) with network connections for computers and TV, two lofts, and a private bathroom, with free access to a large kitchen (36 sqm) with completely new access to a guest cottage, machinery, utility room with a washing machine. Additionally, there is access to several storage rooms (for bicycles, etc.), covered patios with a grill, and a large garden with fruit trees (approximately 1,000 sqm), horse paddocks, etc. There is the possibility to bring your own horse. The large kitchen table can accommodate 12 seated people. The residence is beautifully located at Klinten just south of Veberöd, and here the wonderful and energy-restoring silence is palpable. The only sounds are from the wildlife (including very many deer), and the movements of plants and trees in the wind. There are endless walking paths in extremely beautiful nature. The residence has been rented to students for many years, the last 4.5 years to a Spanish couple who are moving at the turn of the year. They are happy to show everything included in the rental agreement. I am now retired after working for about 40 years as a teacher and researcher at the Faculty of Law at Lund University. In addition to my work at the university, I have bred show jumping horses for many years and in recent years also dogs (fantastic Hungarian vizslas, see the picture).
