The apartment is very practical and suitable for those seeking a quiet and independent living. The accommodation is adjacent to my home, but it is completely independent. We have our own spaces, and it feels more like we are regular neighbors than sharing a home. It is only about a 7-minute walk to Högdalen's subway/Center, and there are also several bus connections nearby. In the area, there are grocery stores, services, and other conveniences, making everyday life easy and convenient. My current tenant, who has lived here for about 2 years, will move on in October and has also enjoyed it very much. The apartment is comfortable and well furnished. It has a large fridge, microwave, reading desk, small dining table and chairs, bed and bedside table, spacious wardrobe, and separate bathroom and toilet and laundry room. Högdalen Centrum and the T-bana are only about a 7-minute walk away and has everything one might need for everyday life. One of the best things about living here, however, has been my landlady, Soudabeh, who lives next door. She is an exceptionally warm, welcoming and considerate person, At the same time, she is completely respectful of your privacy and independence - there has never been any sense of interference. After almost 2 years here, I will be genuinely sorry to leave. I can very warmly recommend both the apartment and Soudabeh to whoever makes this their next home.
