I moved to Malmö to study and after a year it seems like I'm planning to stay there, at least for a while. Therefore, I am now renting out my apartment in Stockholm. The apartment is 23 sqm and is located on the first floor in Beckomberga. Despite the size, it is quite spacious thanks to a ceiling height of 310 cm and large windows. There is underfloor heating in the room, a kitchenette, and a basement storage room. It is rented out partially furnished and comes with three wardrobes, shower storage, and a large mirror. A router and Google Home are also included. As a resident, you also have access to a large shared kitchen on each floor, with double ovens, a large fridge/freezer, and an induction hob. The building also has a laundry room, sauna, hobby room, party venue, and a guest apartment that can be rented if needed. The current tenant moves out on October 31st, and the apartment can be rented thereafter. I prefer to rent out for a year, but at least six months. Whether it is possible to sign for a year directly depends on what the association's board approves. They may require subletting to happen six months at a time. There is an option for extension. It is a cooperative apartment, not a student apartment, and you can register your address there. Personal home insurance is required. The board needs to approve both the tenant and the rental before a contract is written. Therefore, you need to have organized finances and no payment notices. Since I live in Malmö, I will not always be able to be in Stockholm. Therefore, another person might handle things like key handover and practical matters regarding the apartment. A viewing may be arranged, but I would like that you are genuinely interested before we start the logistics. There are also videos of the apartment from 2025, before the current tenant moved in, which can be sent upon interest. A small scratch on the stove hob remains from the previous tenant and will be documented upon move-in. The apartment is cleaned before move-in and should be left clean upon move-out.
