An airy lovely room in the most central location by the canal with restaurants, cafes, and Malmö's rich cultural life outside. The room faces the lush courtyard and is both quiet and relaxing. For you who work full-time, outside the home, preferably with fixed hours, want to be close to everything and be able to relax when you are at home. If you commute weekly, that's a big plus! I have traveled a lot for work myself and have rented both overnight rooms and apartments in other cities and countries. I have decorated my rental space with that in mind. Everything is in place so you can move in with just the suitcase! Those who have lived here have been very pleased and have stayed for a long time, but now my current wonderful tenant is moving on to further work abroad. So it's time for someone new here who can enjoy it just as much. The room feels more like a living room than a bedroom. Bright and airy during the day and can be darkened for a good night's sleep. In one corner there is a small kitchenette with fridge, freezer, microwave, kettle, and coffee maker etc. Crockery, glasses, cutlery, and kitchen utensils are there. A curtain allows you to separate the kitchenette from the rest of the room when you want. The accommodation suits you who do not cook daily. The city's rich range of restaurants, shops, salad bars, and food from all over the world is just outside. Towels, sheets, etc., are available to borrow while you live here. There is plenty of storage. Please note that the room does not have running water. The bathroom is well suited for the purpose and will mostly be yours alone. I also use the shower area but adjust to your times. I use the guest toilet where I have my bathroom cabinet. It's rare we run into each other. I make sure you have your own private sphere in the morning. If we do meet, it is usually in the evening. The laundry room is just one flight down. The building only has nine apartments and a nice neighborly community where everyone knows each other. The courtyard is a small oasis in the middle of the city, with fruit trees, a grill, and outdoor furniture. Living here feels both familiar and private. Outside there are Malmö's beautiful parks. A jog through the parks to the sea takes about 20 minutes. Once there, there is a sandy beach, piers, cold baths, sauna etc. By bike, it takes about 10 minutes, perfect for an evening swim! :) Fast buses to Lund go right around the corner. The P-house Anna with carpool, Malmö by bike, electric scooters, etc. You can cycle to most of the city center in around 5 minutes. To the Central Station and the Triangle, to Möllan or Lilla torg. Walking distance: Hansa with ICA supermarket, pharmacy, liquor store, shops, and cafes: 2 min. Gustav Adolfs square: 3 min. Central station: 10-15 min. Triangle train station: 10-15 min. From the Triangle, trains run around the clock directly to Copenhagen Airport: 20 min, to Copenhagen central train station: 34 min. Warm welcome! If you are here only part-time, that amount can be somewhat reduced.
