Welcome to a bright and well-planned accommodation in Studiegången! I am now looking for a responsible tenant for the smaller bedroom in my pleasant three-room apartment of 57 sqm. The rental is for a limited period from December 1, 2026, to May 31, 2027 (6 months). Layout The apartment is a well-planned three rooms and kitchen (3 ROK) where we share the common areas. You will have your own cozy, fully furnished bedroom (the smaller room in the apartment) which is perfectly adapted for studying or working with a bed, desk, and storage. We will share a spacious and furnished living room, a fully equipped kitchen, and the bathroom. My own bedroom is private and excluded from the rental. What is included in the rent To make everything as smooth as possible for you, the rent is all-inclusive. The fixed monthly value includes: • Fully furnished room and access to furnished common areas. • Water (both cold and hot). • Electricity and energy. • Fast Wi-Fi. • Secure handling and payment directly via Qasa. Communication The communications from Studiegången are very good, making the area perfect for students or young professionals. It is close to the bus stop where bus lines take you smoothly and directly to central Gothenburg and the city's various university campuses in a short time. The area is also cycle-friendly and surrounded by beautiful green areas (Delsjön). I am renting out the smaller bedroom during this limited period because the apartment has more space than I currently need. By sharing the house, I hope to be able to offer a safe and comfortable home to a pleasant person while sharing the living costs in an economical and sustainable way for both parties. House Rules (Important) For everyone to enjoy and to respect the neighbors the following rules apply in the home: • Smoking: It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment and in connection with the building. • Kitchen use: Cooking in the kitchen is to be done until latest 20:00 in the evening. • Parties/Gatherings: It is not allowed to organize parties or buddy activities in the apartment. • Peace and quiet: After 22:00 it should be completely quiet in the apartment. This is especially important because the neighbor works early and gets up at 04:00, so we must show great consideration.
