A larger room (18 sqm) in a two-room apartment is available for rent while the property is up for sale. Initially for six months, with the possibility of extension. Viewings of the apartment may be scheduled, and in such cases, the apartment needs to be cleaned and in a condition to be shown. Viewings are scheduled well in advance. You will live alone in the apartment and have access to the kitchen and bathroom with a shower. The landlord, the owner of the property, retains the smaller room in the apartment as a studio. The landlord will not live or stay overnight in the apartment, but wishes to be able to use the kitchen and bathroom during visits to the studio room a few times per week, not daily. Included is a private parking space outside the door, electricity costs are included in the rent.
