Open floor plan of 75 m2, and this is an apartment that was originally two separate apartments, hence there are two south-facing balconies and two entrances. The apartment is located on the top floor, 3 flights of stairs. With about a 10-minute walk, you reach Mjölby Central Station where buses, long-distance trains, and commuter trains depart. A smaller shop is a block away and there's a park behind the house. The apartment is equipped and furnished with everything needed. There are 2 single beds. TV, electricity, parking space, and internet are available. The laundry room is located in the basement of the neighboring building. A larger free public parking lot is 50m further up the street. The furnishings have changed somewhat since the pictures were taken, but largely it remains similar. I am renting out since I now live in another place and am doing so to someone who can take care of the apartment. The person I want to rent to should be able to clean up after themselves and take care of the apartment as if it were their own, be calm and well-behaved. Pets and smoking are not allowed, not even on the balcony, as smoke permeates clothing and is drawn inside. Having suffered major damage to the apartment from a previous tenant, I will place great emphasis on this and that the person is calm and well-behaved.
