Bathroom adjacent to the corridor that leads into the bedrooms. The kitchen is Ballingslöv and in good condition and convection oven, there is space for a small dining group (4-5 seats). Dining room (or large bedroom) with exit to the balcony with incredible west-facing view and sea view where you can sit and watch the sun set into the sea. The balcony is 140x270 and there is room for good furniture. Very large living room (about 40 sqm) that can also be furnished with dining table etc if preferred.
