Welcome to Vålerenga, a peaceful and pleasant neighborhood with Vålerenga park as a close neighbor. Otherwise, the apartment is furnished, but without a TV. The bathroom and all water and drainage systems in the housing cooperative have been upgraded to modern standards as of the move-in date 12.11.26 Internet is included in the rent. Electricity is excluded. Buses 37, 100, and 110 stop at Etterstadgata bus stop, a 3-minute walk from the residence, with good connections to downtown and to Lillestrøm in the opposite direction. The 20 bus takes you from Galgeberg and through the city to Skøyen. The subway from Ensjø is just a few minutes' walk away. I have lived in the apartment myself for 1 year and have been very happy. So I hope someone else can enjoy it too. NOTE: The ad on Finn states that there is a balcony/terrace. This is not correct. It's an error in the system between Qasa and Finn.
