Available room in a quiet neighborhood! Note: There is a dog in the apartment, so it's important that you are not allergic and enjoy being around a dog and occasionally taking care of it. I am renting out a bedroom of about 9 sqm. The room is partially furnished with a bed, a small chest of drawers, and a table lamp. The apartment also consists of a small office/store, a modern bathroom with a combined washing machine and dryer. We also have an open living room and kitchen solution, with a gas stove and fireplace. Additionally, we have a terrace and garden. Plenty of closet space in shared areas, and most of it is furnished, so you can move right in. We also have an external storage room with a freezer and plenty of shelf space for storage. The Gullhella area is quiet and pleasant. It is within walking distance to the train station, where the local train takes you to Oslo or Spikkestad. There is also a bus to the center of Asker from a bus stop nearby. If you have a car, there are good parking options in the community. A bit about us: I am 27 years old and work in Asker. I live with the dachshund Samba. We have our fixed routines and spend a lot of time outside, exercising, or hiking. We like to have a quiet environment in good company! Rent includes internet and water, but not electricity and gas. This is charged based on consumption and shared between the two of us and paid separately from the rent.
