We are now renting out our incredibly cozy apartment in magical S:t Knut in Malmö. It has a fantastic location with access to a large well-maintained courtyard/garden with a grill and pergola. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, induction hob, dishwasher, and plenty of storage. The address is close to large supermarkets (Coop, Hemköp, Ica, etc.) and close to both bus and train stations for easy commuting to places like Lund or Copenhagen. The apartment is throughout with large windows that provide a lot of natural light but at the same time limited privacy, which is unique in S:t Knut. There is ample storage with a large double wardrobe, a newly purchased double bed, and a toilet with a combined shower and bath. The floors have the original flooring throughout, 3.5m ceiling height, and a living area of 65 sqm. Can be rented out furnished. Included in the rent are Wi-Fi, Samsung's Frame 55” smart TV with HBO, Netflix, etc., water. References and good finances are a requirement. Smokers are requested to refrain, however, pets are welcome.
