Charming renovated 1920s villa with lake view – centrally located in Floda We are renting out our fully furnished home in Floda during November while we are away. The house is a charming 1920s villa of about 160 sqm including the basement, where large parts have recently been renovated. The style is warm and rustic with modern touches, and the house is perfect for, for example, a family needing temporary accommodation between two homes or for someone working in the Gothenburg area for a period. On the entrance floor there is a hall, WC and an open and social floor plan between the kitchen and living room. From here, two doors lead out to the large deck with a nice sunny position, evening sun and beautiful views of the lake. Part of the deck is covered and there is also a grill. Upstairs there is a bathroom and three bedrooms – two with double beds and a cozy children's room with a Sebra growing bed – as well as a smaller area with the possibility of a workplace. In the basement, there is another bedroom/guest room with a double bed, an older bathroom, and a laundry room. The house is rented out fully furnished and the kitchen is fully equipped. WiFi, TV, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, and charger for an electric car are available. Electricity, heating, water, internet, and waste collection are included in the rent. For families with children, there is also the possibility of a high chair. The location is one of the house's great advantages. Here, you live quietly and close to nature with a lake view and swimming area just a couple of minutes' walk away, while Floda center and the station are about a 7-minute walk away. In the center, you find everything you need daily, such as ICA and a pharmacy, but also several restaurants and cafés – including the popular Folket and Stationshuset. There is also sushi, Thai, and a pizzeria. For those who appreciate nature, there are both a nature reserve and the Gotaleden in the vicinity, and the popular Nääs Fabriker is just about 5 minutes away by car. At the same time, the commuter train takes you to central Gothenburg in about 24 minutes, or about 20 minutes by car. The house is available from October 30th to November 30th, but we are also open to renting for about three weeks of the period. This is our own home, and we are therefore looking for a responsible tenant who will take good care of the house while we are away. The home is pet and smoke-free, and pets or smoking are not allowed during the stay.
