Short-term contract February–May I will be studying abroad during that period and therefore I am renting out my cozy two-room apartment with a patio in Gårdsten. I am looking for a calm, well-behaved, and responsible person who will take good care of the home. My furniture is new and I am very particular about them, so I am looking for someone who is careful and considerate of the home. Smoking is okay on the patio. The apartment is located in a quiet area where many families live. It is quiet from the neighbors and you are not disturbed by noise. Right outside the gate, there is waste and fee parking is also available. There is a school at the back, the patio is located at a cul-de-sac so there is very little activity there. The patio overlooks a forest. The bus stop is about 2 minutes away and buses run approximately every 10 minutes. Gårdsten center is about a 5-minute walk away with ICA, restaurants, library, etc. By car, it takes about 9 minutes to Angered's center and the mall.
