The apartment is a 3-room apartment of approximately 70 sqm with a balcony. There are two bedrooms, one of which is enclosed with a sliding door and a curtain for privacy. We usually live in the apartment and wish to rent it out with all furniture and inventory (including coffee maker, bread machine, etc.) for a shorter period. The apartment is rented out including electricity and hot water. The apartment is located next to Torshov Torg where you can walk under cover to Rema 1000, Pharmacy, etc. Myrenskvartalet is located 100m down the hill for potential gym, climbing hall, etc. The tram track is approximately 4 minutes' walk from the front door. The apartment does not have parking and does not include a storage room. Occasionally, there is a parking space available in the shared garage basement, and I can assist in trying to arrange this. The apartment is rented out until December 8th, possibly beyond New Year, which can be agreed upon. When inquiring, I would like to know who wishes to rent, occupation, the reason for the desired short-term lease, and whether you have children. Unfortunately, pets are not desired due to allergies.
