Furnished newly renovated three-room apartment of 100 m² at Kungshöjd – for rent January–February We are renting out our apartment during January and February while we are away. You will be living at Kungshöjd, right in the center of Gothenburg, within walking distance to restaurants, cafes, shopping, and green areas. Premium location with Linné, Järntorget, Slottsskogen, the Cathedral, and Brunnsparken within walking distance. Stenpiren is just a stone's throw away, with ferry connections to Lindholmen and Lundby. The Apartment The apartment is 100 m² and consists of two separate bedrooms, a living room, and a kitchen. The kitchen and living room are adjacent to each other and provide plenty of space for cooking and socializing. One bedroom has a double bed of 180 cm, and the other a bed of 120 cm. If needed, it is also possible to make a comfortable sleeping area on the living room sofa. Kitchen and Bathroom The kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchen equipment and an espresso machine for good coffee in the morning. In the newly renovated bathroom, there is a rain shower, underfloor heating, and a washing machine with a drying function. There is also a shared laundry room one floor down via the courtyard and a shared basement storage. TV and Entertainment In the living room, there is a 65-inch TV and a PlayStation 5 with games and two controllers. Transport and Parking The nearest tram stops are the Cathedral and Grönsakstorget. Stenpiren and Järntorget are also nearby, about a 5–6 minute walk away. Parking is on the street and the availability of spaces is limited. If there is a need for a car during the stay, a car with resident parking may possibly be arranged at an additional cost.
