Enjoy a relatively new, architect-designed house with a ceiling height of 330 cm, lots of light and sky from different directions. Park the car conveniently in your own parking space, right next to the house. The floor-to-ceiling glass folding door blurs the line between outside and inside. The patio, pergola, lilac and maple become an extended part of the living room, regardless of whether the door is closed or wide open. With about a 10-minute walk, you can reach various swimming bays, cliffs, and bathing ladders for salty baths, as well as forest paths and bike lanes for walks and jogging. The bathroom has a shower and a combined washer and dryer. With a ten-minute walk, you can reach the nearest bus stop and the X2 line. The adjacent stop is Snipen, and from there it's a 20-25 minute bus ride to Gothenburg with X3. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, induction hob, oven with integrated microwave, fan, and fridge and freezer, as well as plenty of storage thanks to double rows of overhead cabinets. In addition to the bedroom with a 160 cm wide bed and the loft bed of 160 cm, there's an opportunity for overnight stays in the living room's sofa bed. Also access to a patio on the deck and a smaller lawn in a private garden. Own parking space for a car on the plot directly adjacent to the residence. There is a possibility for charging an electric car at the owners' house on the other side of the plot. Bike lanes with nice excursion destinations nearby, three fine restaurants: Hovås Kallbadhus (20 min), Pir in Kullavik (15 min), Blomstermåla in Särö (30 min). The owners live in a house next door, on a level one step up, without direct insight into this residence. Rent includes wifi, internet, TV channels, and streaming services. Heating is provided by an air source heat pump / AC and, if needed, an extra element in the bedroom on cold winter days. Electricity consumption is recorded and added to the rent. The plan is to use this guest house for ourselves again in the summer, but until June 15 or 30, 2027, we would gladly rent it out to you if you are well-behaved and will take care of the residence. If you and we enjoy the residence and each other, there may be an opportunity to extend the rental period.
