Furnished 1-bedroom apartment in Bergen city center – for rent November 6th–April 1st We are renting out our home in Skivebakken 20 A while we are traveling, from November 6, 2026, to April 1, 2027. We prefer one tenant or a couple who wants to rent for the entire period. The apartment is 26 m² and centrally located, with easy access to shops, cafés, public transport, and hiking opportunities at Fløyen. The apartment includes: - Living room with open kitchen solution and two sofa beds - Separate bedroom with space-saving wall bed - Tiled bathroom with shower and toilet - Storage/laundry room with washing machine - Underfloor heating in living room/kitchen, hallway, bathroom, and bedroom - Access to a small outdoor area The property is rented out furnished. The kitchen has been partially upgraded since we bought the apartment. This is a compact property that is best suited for one person or a couple who wish to live centrally in Bergen for a limited period. Monthly rent: 16,000 NOK, including electricity. Rental period: November 6, 2026–April 1, 2027. The rent for November is calculated proportionately from the move-in date. The rental is time-limited because we will be moving back after our trip. Deposit and other terms are agreed upon in a written rental contract. Deposit is placed in a regular deposit account.
