Hello! I am currently living in Australia and my current tenants are moving out at the end of December. Therefore, I am looking for a responsible and well-organized tenant / couple for my well-planned 2-room apartment located on 38 square meters in the Lilla Essingen area. LOCATION: The apartment is located on Lilla Essingen, "the country in the city." Here you have cycling distance from the city and close to bus 1 which takes you to Fridhemsplan (7 min), the central station (12 min), and Stureplan (15 min). On Stora Essingen, there is also a light rail that easily takes you to, for example, Alvik, Sundbyberg, and Bromma or Liljeholmen, Årsta, and Sickla. On the island, there are among other things, an ICA Nära, an STC gym, a pharmacy, as well as cozy cafes, bakeries, and restaurants. About a 10-minute walk away, there is also a larger Hemköp as well as a new and fresh SATS. THE ACCOMMODATION: The accommodation is fully furnished and consists of a spacious living room with a sofa, dining table connected to a kitchen with a gas stove, and a fresh bathroom with a shower. The apartment also has a balcony with a lake view. Through the association, there is also access to a shared rooftop terrace in the building. There is also a bicycle room and a laundry room. The rental period is at least one year with the possibility of extension, and moving in can take place from the first of January.
