We are renting out again! We are renting out a very nice apartment in popular Flatås. A corner three-room apartment of 70 square meters. Lovely terrace/balcony of 8 square meters facing west. There is also a seating area in the courtyard as the apartment is located at the end of the walkway. Nice bathroom equipped with a washing machine & dryer. The hallway offers storage options via several closets. Famngatan is located near the newly built Flatås Park and there is a large park with a playground and a soccer field right outside. It is very close to kindergarten and school. The tram is about 200 meters from the residence. Three stops to Frölunda Torg and 10-15 minutes to the city. *Move-in on November 7th and it is preferably rented out partially furnished, but it can be discussed. *We may also be interested in short-term rentals, so do not hesitate to contact us.
