You have cooking facilities with induction hob, microwave, sink, and fridge with freezer compartment. Windows facing 3 directions, 2 large ones towards Mälaren. There is a washing machine in the house. If you are interested in gardening, there is an opportunity for that. A peaceful, scenic somewhat rural environment, you park for free on the street. 50 meters from the house is the private bathing jetty where you can take a morning dip in the summer. A perfect accommodation for those who want to relax from the city and after work. Maybe you are a student or commute weekly to Scania or Astra in the city. Into the center with restaurants and shops by car 6-7 min. Or cycling takes about 10 minutes along the canal into Mälarbron, or if you work at the hospital. If you need temporary accommodation from 1 month...to whatever you wish according to agreement. Two people can stay since there is a double bed. But optimal for one person, and I prefer female applicants. (The owner of the house has a cat but this area is completely separated and free from the cat)
