Hello, As I am moving to another location, I am now renting out my beloved 1-bedroom apartment of 62 sqm located in a quiet area near Hyllie. You can easily walk to Hyllie station/ Emporia shopping center in about 15 minutes, biking takes 7 minutes. Kastrup (airport) is 1 station from Hyllie, and you can reach Denmark in about 15 minutes. The apartment is furnished/partially furnished and has a large cozy enclosed balcony where you can enjoy the afternoon sun. There are grocery stores, restaurants, and other shops in the area (a 5-10 minute walk to Svågertorp). Near the apartment, you will find green areas and about a 15-minute walk to Katrinetorp Landeri. Parking can be arranged for those who have a car, otherwise there are convenient bus connections (bus 7 behind the yard) that take you into the city in 15-30 minutes (Mobilia 12 min, Triangeln 20 min, Malmö C 33 min). There's also bus 170 that takes you to Jägersro in 14 min and Lund LTH in 45 min. Cold-hot water, electricity, heating, and internet are included in the rent. I am very keen to find a reliable and well-behaved tenant whom I feel will take good care of my apartment with love and respect. Unfortunately, I do not rent to families with children, smokers, or anyone with pets. NOTE! 1-month deposit (returned upon moving out and the apartment is in the same condition).
