Our tenants have changed their minds, so we are posting this ad again. We are renting out our fantastic newly produced (2021) 2-room apartment due to work in another city. The apartment offers an open floor plan, a glazed balcony with a view of the river. The location is central yet secluded. Double curtain rails throughout the apartment. Smart storage inside the bathroom, with both shelves and hangers. The apartment is move-in cleaned and ready for occupancy. We have used it as a translation apartment for a few years but no longer need it. We are therefore looking for a serious tenant for a longer period. Internet, TV, water, and electricity are included in the rent. The housing association board must approve any potential tenant. The apartment may be available as early as November 1st. The current tenant has it until January 1st but has stated that they wish to move earlier and can show the apartment to any potential new tenant.
