The apartment is located in Sandarna, Majorna in Gothenburg. 2 minutes to the stop that leads towards all directions around Gothenburg. For example, 15 minutes from the city. Always good connections. Slottsskogen is right next door and is a beautiful nature site that many love to visit for the various beautiful spots offered there, such as walking paths, animals to visit, and playgrounds, disc golf course, cafe/restaurants, mini golf, large areas where people often stay to socialize & various events that usually take place there. In Majorna there are numerous restaurants/bars, cafes, grocery stores that are open between 7:30-23:00, ICA, WILLYS, HEMKÖP, etc. ATG agent, Systembolaget, pharmacy, tram, boat & bus connections to & from the city. Well-planned and attractive through-apartment, which gives a spacious feeling even if shared. The apartment is entirely newly renovated, and partly as recently as September. I am pet & smoke-free, do not drink alcohol, and am a calm person looking for a lodger who is also a calm person who is debt-free, pet and smoke-free, and does not bring people into the residence as it is important to respect each other and each other's different times to take into account together. It is a quiet, lovely, attractive area in the heart of Gothenburg. In the stairwell, we all have good and nice respect for each other. Requirements: ● Home insurance. (Must be presented at moving in) ● Pet & drug/smoke-free. ● When requesting to have guests over, it must be in consultation with me as the landlord for approval. ● No parties or lots of alcohol/intoxication or drugs and no pets in the residence. ● NOTE. As the electricity & network are variable so should be divided monthly between us both, we pay equally. ● The room is rented to one person only, not a couple or children or other relatives, etc. If more requirements or rules arise, they will be discussed when further talking about the rental.
