NOTE! Move-in on September 1, 2027. My beautiful wooden house from 1923 is located in Kungsladugård. 5-minute walk to Slottsskogen. 2-minute walk to ICA and tram 3 and 11 (Godhemsgatan). 3-minute walk to Mariaplan and Mariagatan with all cafes, restaurants, pubs, wine bars, bakeries, second-hand shops, pharmacies, Coop, etc. I rent out the three floors of the house above ground while the basement is private and will be used by me during parts of the rental period. I plan to travel a bit during the winter, so only my cat Agnes will be at home. He is calm and cozy and likes company, so those who rent must like cats and take care of him when I am away. I am looking for a calm and friendly family of up to 5 people who want to take care of this beautiful old house. Smoking indoors is not allowed. Rent: 32000 SEK/month + approximately 3500 SEK/month for electricity, water, heating, waste management, and internet (depending on your consumption). Two months' deposit required.
