Karhuntie, Rovaniemi

13m² room for rent. The room is intended for a subtenant, and the apartment's shared facilities, such as the kitchen, living room, bathroom, and other common areas, are shared. Nearby, there is a K-market and a bus stop. The area also has nature trails. The subtenant pays half of the actual electricity bill. A parking space is available for an additional 15€/month. The housing company's sauna slot is available for an additional 15€/month. Water: 25€/month. Deposit: 200€. The rental period is fixed from 1.11.2026 to 31.3.2027. Possible also indefinitely. Both shorter and longer rental periods are possible. A dog also lives in the apartment, so I hope the subtenant likes dogs. The subtenant can bring along one small female dog. Unfortunately, it is not possible to bring other pets into the apartment. I am looking for a calm and reliable subtenant for the apartment.
