Sörgärdsgatan, Strängnäs

Renting out my apartment as I will try living in another city for about 1 year. The apartment is centrally located, 4 minutes from the train station and roughly the same from the center of Strängnäs. It is bright due to large windows and a southern exposure. It's wonderful to live centrally, you can walk and cycle almost everywhere. In the summer, it's a 10-15 minute walk to the beach in central Strängnäs. Since it's a small association, the neighbors have a nice relationship and greet each other, which I think is a big plus. In the bedroom, there is a larger closet space that can be turned into a small nook for children or a small office. Heating, water/sewer, basic TV package, and a storage unit in the basement are included in the rent.
