Wifi/internet is not included and should be arranged and paid for by the tenant. 🚗 Parking Parking on the ground floor is available for around 1,125 SEK/month, very close to the apartment. There is also an option for a garage space for those who want it, at a slightly higher cost. A parking space with the option for electric car charging is also available. 🐾 Pets are welcome The apartment has had a dog and will not be allergy-sanitized before renting. Therefore, the apartment is not suitable for people with fur allergies. 🚭 Smoke-free area The area is smoke-free. There are designated smoking areas for those who smoke.
