Nice and well-planned basement apartment of 32 m² in a villa in the quiet Smedslätten, Bromma. We are primarily looking for a weekly commuter who needs comfortable accommodation in Stockholm during the workweek. The apartment is fully furnished and has its own well-equipped kitchen and bathroom, as well as a combined bedroom and living room. There is a double bed and good storage for clothes. Heating, water, and wifi are included in the rent. A washing machine and dryer are available in the house and can be used by arrangement. The entrance is through a shared outer hall that is also used by the family in the house. The apartment is located on the basement level in a family villa, so normal everyday noise may occur. Smedslätten is a quiet and green area near Mälaren, with walking paths and nature. In Bromma, there is also a good selection of cafés, restaurants, and services, while it is convenient to get to central Stockholm. The accommodation is primarily intended for weekly commuters, but it is possible to stay over some weekends by arrangement.
